The Longest Walk

She walked through the living room where I was relaxing and watching a little TV. Glaring at me she told me to follow her to the bedroom. Staring at the hairbrush in her hand I followed her.

I slowly climbed the stairs behind her wishing somehow that the staircase was much longer but with a little voice in the back of my mind screaming at me to hurry with my bottom already tingling in anticipation!
