Monica's Dorm Room Inspection

Betty returns after about a half an hour away to find Monica asleep and her room still a mess. Monica knows she's in for it. She is laid over some pillows with her bottom bared and strapped with the tawse for disappointing Betty from Real Spankings Institute.
